Observation

1)a) The table where the children had lunch was not cleaned and sanitized before lunch during the inspection. 1)d) The microwave had a significant accumulation of dried food in it and did not appear to have been cleaned and sanitized daily, or more often, as needed. 6) Toileting and diapering areas are not being cleaned and disinfected daily or more often as required. The toilet was visibly soiled and in need of cleaning during the inspection. The licensee reports that she wipes things down daily but has only been cleaning and disinfecting the bathroom weekly. 7) The licensee sprayed the diapering mat with bleach water labeled as sanitizing solution and did not clean and disinfect the mat until this was discussed. 8) The garbage can in the bathroom and the garbage can in the kitchen were both full to the top this morning and had not been emptied daily as required. 10) Moisture resistant flooring in the playroom, kitchen, and bathroom are not being cleaned and sanitized daily as required.
